Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped excluding preorders. Preorders may take up to 16 weeks, but the time frame of each preorder will vary, and will always be noted in the preorder item listing. This does not include in transit shipping time. please do not order from preorders if you are not comfortable with the waiting period, refunds will not be processed for the extended preorder processing times. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at email@example.com. Rush orders are not always able to be accommodated, and there may be rush order fees applied. If there are any delays in shipping your items, we will contact you via the email on your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized and customized nature of our products, we can not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged, or incorrect we will do our very best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. If you have any issues, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name associated with your order, as well as a detailed description of the order, within 72 hours of the tracking number updating to delivered. The Snuggly Geekling currently accepts credit/debit card payments, Paypal, and Sezzle. Sezzle is a safe payment option that splits your total into 4 payments every 2 weeks.
Packages are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground. Receiving a shipping email does not mean your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, only that the label has been printed. Packages are taken in batches to be scanned in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, so please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.
The Design/Pattern placement will vary and and may not be exactly as shown in the photos on the website. This happens due to the specific cuts of fabric, as well as the size and pattern rotation. Some prints, including all preorder fabrics only run in one direction. This means that for some blanket sizes the print will run up and down longways, where as on other sizes it may run up and down on the shorter end.

Order Changes and Cancellations
To keep things organized, orders can not be changed once they are placed. Cancellations are accepted within the first 12 hours of ordering. If you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with “CANCEL” in the subject line. Please be sure to include the order number, and the name on the order. Ready to ship items are final sale therefore are not eligible for cancellations.
All personalization is copied directly from the provided text box on each order. Please make sure the spelling is accurate before completing your order. The Snuggly Geekling is not responsible for any incorrect spelling left in the personalization box.
Change of Address
We ship to the address left at checkout. If you need your items shipped to a different address, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line. Please be sure to include the order number, and the name on the order. If the package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
Discounts and Store Credit
Any discounts or store credits must be used at the time of purchase. They are not valid on previous purchases. The Snuggly Geekling will not refund or adjust order amounts for forgotten discounts codes. Only one discount or store credit may be applied per order.
The Snuggly Geekling is not liable for any accidental occurrences. Please follow safe sleeping guidelines by removing all blankets and toys from infant sleeping areas.
